OUR VISION
First Presbyterian Church of Crowley (FPC) has gathered for over 130 years to sing, pray, learn, share in the Lord’s Supper, laugh, and most of all build relationships with God and one another.
In this new season, we are a church for the next generation who seek a community of faith that is open, listening, welcoming all people, and living into the grace and love of God.
OUR COMMUNITY
Some members grew up in the church while others recently joined. Each one brings an openness, warmth, and invitation to live into the present with grace and compassion.
We are an accepting and inclusive church where all are welcome in worship, as members, and leaders.
OUR MINISTER
Rev. Rachelle Brown, appointed by the Presbytery of South Louisiana in 2023, as a Teaching Elder, provides Ministry of Word and Sacrament for First Presbyterian Church of Crowley.
Originally from Acadiana, Rev. Brown brings nearly 20 years of ordained ministry includes pastor, chaplain and bereavement services. She has a Master of Divinity from Eden Theological Seminary, St. Louis, MO and Master of Communication from Missouri State University.
Rev. Brown is available for baptism, weddings, funeral or memorial services, visiting sick, homebound and pastoral care as requested.
